Falcon™ Fraud Manager
Your Greater Nevada VISA Debit Card is more secure than ever. To protect your card from unauthorized use, Greater Nevada has added Falcon™ Fraud Manager. Falcon Fraud is designed to detect unauthorized charges to your debit card and prevent fraudulent activity should your card be lost or stolen.
Here's how it works:
- Falcon™ Fraud Manager is automatically alerted if there is suspicious activity on your debit card.
- These alerts may result in a Falcon™ Fraud Manager Representative contacting you by phone to validate your recent transactions. If you cannot be reached by phone, and transactions are being questioned, your card may be temporarily blocked.
- Member Travel Notification Program allows you to notify Greater Nevada Credit Union of your future travel plans in an effort to prevent debit card restriction by Falcon™ Fraud Manager when traveling outside your primary geographical area.

- Blocked Card: Call Falcon™ Fraud Manager at 1-888-241-2440. Representatives are available 24 hours a day. If calling from outside the United States, use 1-909-941-1034.
Please make sure that Greater Nevada Credit Union has your most current contact information, so a Falcon™ Fraud Manager Representative can alert you immediately of any suspicious activity on your debit card.
